1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components are returned along with the product.
- The item is not listed under the non-returnable category (see Section 5).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@toylearn.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest courier location or await our pickup (for defective items).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If you received a free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for the same product in a different variant (size, colour, etc.), subject to availability. If you need to exchange your item, follow the return process outlined above and specify the variant you'd like in your return email. If the exchange item has a different price, we will adjust the difference accordingly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Downloadable software or digital products once accessed.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items returned without prior authorisation (no RMA number).
- Items that have been visibly used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, at no additional cost to you. Please include photographs of the issue when contacting us to expedite the process.
