Shipping Policy

At ToyLearn, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

*Same-day delivery is available for select pin codes only. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, additional transit time may apply. We are working to expand our delivery network continuously.

We do not currently ship to international addresses. Please check back for future updates on international shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel), the courier will typically make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If the order is returned to us and you request a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. For lost shipments, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
